Name of the company Team BMW used to set up a company in Paraguay, so that they coould do all the stuff needed to develop Moon Base One. Paraguay had not signed the Space Treaty, so was not bound by any rules or regulations concerning other of Earth's countries or businesses. They were free yo say NO! to anyone they wanted!

Using advanced engines, technology not offered to earth.

Will not compete with businesses on earth. Want to build an additional base at the Lagrange point (L1), other side of the moon, for orbit stability. Not a member of, did not sign Outer Space Treaty. One outer container carried message “Bite me now, NASA – Marcus.”
