Shrillexian involved in a mugging/con on Devon. Small for his size. Needed to fight, so had made a deal with a mugging/con team to allow himself to be beaten twice every three incidents, if he could be the hero and beat them up the third time. Couldn't hold a job because no one wanted to hire a short Shrillexian. Taken by Baba Yaga to work in one of her companies.
