New York detective who has followed Tabitha’s escapades for over 2 yrs. When she’s in town, things happen. (Female vigilante from the past.) Talking to her about the 5 thugs she beat up. Watched her take down two purse snatchers, and save one from dying. Had Etheric Empire, Bethany Anne, and justice explained to him in over 6 pages. Sorry he lied to her about having a girl-friend, is interested in her personally.
