Delegates

Many times a main character meets with a group of people, a delegation, set to work on a specific task. Those delegates will probably not be mentioned in any other book, but many times it might be handy to review just who was in thgat delegation, on that planet, in that book. This entry will not include all of the delegations in the wiki, just the newer ones. (2018)

Jael: Plays with names. Has short nickname for fellow members. Torah 7, murders in a country where murders are legal.

Grainger: Called Leibchen by Jael. Real Name is Lieblen Schlongheim Blood Trade, holdover from Earth. Entrepreneurs are kidnapping anyone who is enhanced—the more enhanced they are, the better it is—and then the scumbags are draining their blood to sell on the black market.
