Delegates

Many times a main character meets with a group of people, a delegation, set to work on a specific task. Those delegates will probably not be mentioned in any other book, but many times it might be handy to review just who was in that delegation, on that planet, in that book. This entry will not include all of the delegations in the wiki, just the newer ones. (2018)
