Former Dean of Students (under Adrien), current Chancellor (upon his death), of the Arcadian Academy. Academy was rather lacking in many areas after the fighting, and Adrien's death, and Amelia was hiring Talia, faculty, and accepting applications from one and all (including students from Broadway area) to fill seats and increase attendance. Amelia described Adrien as charismatic, intelligent, well-spoken, and powerful, but a son-of-a-bitch . Was cruel, cold, and vengeful, killing anyone who stood in his path, including children. She was sorry that she had unknowingly helped his efforts, and was now trying to make up for those misplaced efforts.
