Yan Mil, Scientist Malatian
SV 01/All Scientist who discovered principles concerning nanibots and gravitational energies, to multitask bots so that they (scientists) could control weather on Alma Nine. Went insane after wife Vix Mil, was murdered, on same day as Tor Val, and his wife, Vix was not remembered as good person she was. Yan re-programed the weather to cause gravity wave displacements and weather storms, the last one being the VIX storm, so that her name would be remembered. Committed suicide, so that no one could force him to reverse destruction of city, planet. Zeb Lok, his assistant, helped The Shadows to rescue planet, form secret arm of Lance Reynold's Etheric Federation.
