Yan re-programed the weather to cause gravity wave displacements and weather storms, the last one being the VIX storm, so that her name would be remembered. Committed suicide, so that no one could force him to reverse destruction of city, planet. Zeb Lok, his assistant, helped The Shadows to rescue planet, form secret arm of Lance Reynold's Etheric Federation.
