Hannah's familiar

Created from smaller creature by Hannah, when she tried to heal her brother, William. Addressed by green light, increased size by 10X, turned dark green, spines down back. Escaped that afternoon, scratched on Hannah's window that night, spent night with her. Friendly, wagged his tail when she petted him, licked her hand, wrist. She felt energy when he did this. She named him Sal the next morning.

First creature to feel effects of Hannah's magic. Had size increased 10X, changed color from brown/gray lizard to dark gree, grew spikes down his back.

Because of this connection, he adopted her (went to bedroom that night, slept with her), and she named him Sal the next day (from salamander).

Went with her and Ezekiel to Tower for her learning, was the ultimate subject of her practice of magic, when she transmogrified him into a dragon, with wings. (Couldn't breathe fire at first) Gave credance to the claim that she was a polymage, because she had created a real, living, NEW to Irth creature.
