TVC 05/03 Whenever there was any irregularity ina Brakalon space ship, "the engines must be cut, and the ship must come to a complete stop until the legal issue on board was resolved." Usually, a government ship was sent out, might take over the ship and/or the investigation, and the ship was under the control of that agent.
