Biset

TVC 05/14 Jotun, most dangerous member of the Senate Committee who had ordered all of the spying and experiments. Now decided to kill Barnabas, to keep secret what had been happening. Planned to lure Barnabas to an outlying planet, then destroy his ship with the remains of the Yennai fleet he had confiscated, and to destroy Barnabas by making him choose between saving other's lives and dying, himself.

TVC 05/18 Biset originally let Norwun (his chief minion and enforcer) try to attack and kill Barnabas, but that failed, (Biset killed Norwun and his crew with kill-switched he'd installed in their suits before Barnabas could take them alive)

TVC 05/23, 24 He did so, calling Barnabas to a meeting on Gokrun III. Shinigami destroyed the fleet, landing on the planet so that Barnabas could go to the meeting. Biset did try to kill Barnabas, and almost succeeded, by numbers alone, but Kantar had stowed away on his ship, and killed him just before he finished off Barnabas.
