The head of the Syndicate, the corrupt organization which ran other businesses, governments, etc., for its profit. His voice was elderly but strong. Astute. And brusque. There were only certain conditions under which he could be contacted without dire consequence. Ordered Dewitt killed when he found out he had betrayed him. Enjoys power.
