Ex-Navy, couldn’t work with upper management rules that got his best friend killed. Left after 12 yrs. Airplane pilot, had been flying privately (commercially) for more money than he had been making before. Sympathized with Duke’s story.

Little activity between TKG 11 and TKG 21. In 21, asked if might be interested in going back to Earth wit Bethany Anne, or wanted to retain his semi-retired life in Federation. Didn't give a decision. Hint of Captain of Achronyx if he chooses to return to active duty.
