Pretarians and the Keome are aliens who have a common ancestor, but they’ve both developed on their own worlds. The Pretarians are bi-pedal, have leathery orange skin (sun exposure) with kidney-shaped yellow eyes, and are seven to nine feet tall. They wear platform boots as well, making them even taller. They have a penchant for wearing a lot of clacking beads. Rivka tipped her head slightly in the way of a Pretarian greeting. Each in turn did the same, nodding their heads by swinging their necks, their beads clicking and clacking. The sounds were unique to each individual. At the mention of the Keome, the Pretarian delegation hissed and stamped their feet. They shuffle their feet when they are anxious or uneasy. Come from a hot, sandy, desert planet, so skills are in building lasting buildings under those conditions. Would provide specialized labor for any planet with similar conditions. Most of their structures were below groundlevel. Used to temperatures eighty degrees more than humans. (Almost froze when visited Rivka's corvette.)
