Lilith, a mind trapped in a computer in the Boris chronicles, is first seen in Book 3, Revelations, as the companion of Gyada, the being who had been trapped in the cave for centuries, who escaped when the Siberian Base was developed, and the caves opened to exploration. She had bee entrapped there by Michael, as punishment.
Also in the cave was a mad Kurtherian scientist, who had crashed on Earth even before TOM.
