THMC/Prologue Arcadian mystic, who was traveling the Irth to gain knowledge of the various kinds of magic existing in the various lands. .Partner, Larick, also a mystic
Portly, piercing blue eyes, shorter, bald (shaven) head. Mages had come from Arcadia (Romanian area) to Roneland (British Isles, top half), expecting to find only rudimentary magic in use. They were greatly surprised when, on their very first contact with the clansmen natives, they found a youngster casting illusions.

THMC 01/17 Larick and Volney help with diagnosis of kind of magic used by Rhona. Did not know of it. Had never met it before. Were going to try to teach her how to understand and control it, but were unable to help at all.
Eyes turn white when using his magic. Is able to block thought in other's minds, so that their magic would not work for them (teleporting, making fire).
Could mind-read.
