JJE 01/13 Delegation leader of Pretarian group. Works for the good of his people, but in the control of the forces that rule the government on his planet. Tries to cooperate with Rivka, but at a loss as to his power to do so. Has spies in his delegation that will report back on him. Sinraloo, the traitor was working with the Keome to upset the entire negotiations.

agrees to go to ship, alone, with Yus, to negotiate treaty. does so, and Treaty is re-written in under fourhundred words, to advantage of both peoples.
