Justen Human

POH 01/1 Husband of Payetta, leader of Heroes Brigade. Uses skill more than magic. Can heal a little, use magic a little, learning some, but doesn't relate to it well, so doesn't work well for him. Has a pet chickem Cluckruck, which sleeps in his haior at night, travels with him in days. Collects "old-time" things as a hobby.
Payetta thinks he's a "hotass,", and demands that he mount her both nights and mornings.

POH 01/1, 3 Justin does not enjoy killing. does it only because he must, to protect her, other people, and lands. He had told her many times about his sense of calling to protect her life and her magical gift. He believed she was divinely chosen in some way. Chosen or not, she only wanted vengeance for what had been taken from her.

POH 01/7 While Justen walked his father’s spiritual path. He found himself funneling all his energy into keeping Payetta close and protecting the woman he loved. Not only did he deeply cherish her, he felt called to watch over and guide her. It was a mission that could cost him his life, and he dare not fail. Too much was at stake. Her potential to shape the world around her was staggering.
