Astrid goes to the home of the bandits, where the non-fighting members of the group live. It was a series of "caves", that were used to be called mines, that were used as living area for the young and the old and the infirm. Will be final battle place for clarence's activities.

A slender old woman in a long, hooded, brown robe that covered her ankles approached, and talked to Astrid, who saw the outline of some weapon beneath the woman’s robe. Her silver hair was pulled back into a tight, short ponytail. Her face was like a topographical map of the mountains themselves. Her eyes, matching the color of her hair, shone like moonlight on water.
She just turned seventy, and she still bow hunts deer. Alone.
Woody's grandmother. Will help with baiting soldiers into caves, so pepper spray can be used effectively.
