Had his life enhanced and cleaned up by Bethany Anne before she left. He had taken on another wife after the fall. Then, later, they had a child, a daughter, Jacqueline, one who didn’t believe his stories and training, left home to make her own life. Gerry had followed her to the Fallen Lands, found her blind, a slave of Childers. Michael found him when coming to town to fight with Childers/Kraven forces, helped him rescue her from Timmons.

Unfortunately, Gerry’s time was almost up. Even with Bethany Anne’s enhancements, he was fading, fast. That Michael rescued his daughter was something he never would have thought a possibility. Unfortunately, he needed to ask that he do it one more time.
In fight with Timmons in Old Denver, Michael gives Gerry energy to change to Pricolici, who kills Timmons as revenge for mistreating Jacqueline, dies with stress of fight. Requests that Michael keep and protect her, after he dies. Michael agrees. Michael and Jacqueline bury body in cairn (rocks, cement) in Old Denver.

Cairn retrieved, Jacqueline requested body sent to sun for final resting place. Done.
