TROM 01/1, 11 Older wizard, who had been friends with the original founder of Arcadia, with The Patriarch and the Matriarch. Had left Arcadia for almost 5 decades, was just now returning. Saw Hannah's event, and found that his new task was to cleanse Arcadia, and return it to its original freedom and glory (No restrictions on Magic in his day!)
Used ancient Devil Mask spell to frighten hunters (Monster, red eyes, shining green head, hairless, horns), and energy control to kill them. Drew "lightning from the heavens"

Normally, steel-grey eyes.

TROM 01/2, 3, 11 '''Beliefs''' Ezekiel, The Founder, had left Arcadia in the hands of Adrien, even though his policies and Adrien's had collided in many ways. (Maybe that's why he came back- to check up on it all) The promise of magic and the hope of what it could offer shouldn’t have resulted in a place like this.The power of the art was meant to keep poverty and suffering at bay—to enhance prosperity and progress for all.
