		+	In the Gambit, Frank Kurns is one of the original people who helped Bethany Anne create/develop TQB, and her whole philosophy

Frank worked for the US government, as the liaison with the UnknownWorlders, and worked closely with Michael as Michael's primary contact with any groups - vampires, Wechselbalg, Forsaken, Nosferatu, etc. . He was THE authority for all knowledge related to the UnknownWorlders.
