'''Billy Spires, Human''' In future books in the series, Billy and Felicity will marry, and have two children, Marcie Spires, who marries Kaedon, one of TH and Char's adopted children, and Billy, Jr.

THWC 01/1 Billy Spires had been the son of a nobody in a uniquely crappy trailer park full of nobodies. His claim to fame was that he was street smart. He hated that park. He stayed away as much as he could, learned to hunt and kill on his own. Some called him trailer trash, but after the fall, they begged him for help. He was the only one eating. He told them no, except for the women. He helped them, but they paid a steep price. A chance encounter with a bobcat left a scar across his left cheek, giving him a personal sneer. He was average, in both height and looks, and would never stand out in a crowd.

THWC 01/15 Then he found that he could control people by controlling the food. He gathered followers and soon he had a small town beholden to him, New Boulder, Colorado.. Then he discovered an engineer and a mechanic. The two of those promised him a return to technology, starting with electricity. A freezer to store his venison, his other prizes, and make the food last longer. So he secreted the two men away, sending women to them on occasion as rewards for their successes, and started to build a real town on the outskirts of what used to be Boulder, Colorado. Billy had evolved from being a street tough to the city planner, the mayor, and the chief justice. There were no elections, nor would there ever be. To Billy, his idea of a benevolent dictator was the best these people could hope for.
When Felicity "took up" with him, his life began to change (she became the power behind the throne), and when Terry Henry Walton came into town, Billy began to see the power of better ways of treating people.

THWC 01/1 Live-in girlfriend of Billy Spires, Mayor of New Boulder, the town a little south of Boulder, Colorado. Billy believed that people were to be controlled by power, in his case by controling their food, which he did with goons and enforcers. Due to Felicity's influence (power behind the throne) throughout book (and that SHE wanted a better life - riding in cars, electricity, better food), as well as TH's work and guidance, the town became an influence for good, and THW's Force de Gurrre reigned.
In Nomad Found, Billy and Felicity had not yet married, so no children, but rumor has it that they will do so in future books in this series, have two children, a bpy, Billy Jr., and a girl, Marcie Spires, who will subsequently marry Kaemon, one of TH and Char's future adopted children)

THWC 01/4 There seemed to be something unnatural to her beauty, much like his own. TH wondered...( THW - enhanced in some fashion?)
Throughout the entire book, Felicity controls Billy with sex, vamping, suggestions and rewards (her body), improving him and the town immeasurably.
IBN 01 Throughout the series, she develops as a main character, eventually marrying Ted (the were wolf) and going into space with Bethany Anne on the War Axe
