In JJE 01/Intro, when Char and Terry are signing up to franchise an All Guns Blazing, it is determined that the franchise rights are owned by All Guns Blazing Enterprises, a subsidiary of The Bad Company. This business might have been formed in the series The Bad Company, which is not yet a part of this wiki, so many of the details might be missing. Here's what has been determined in JJE 01/Intro:

Char had just learned that an All Guns Blazing franchise had just opened on Onyx Station, and she and Terry Henry had applied to take over that franchise. They are meeting with Nathan Lowell (Bad Company, AGB Enterprises) to inspect the Bar and sign the papers. Rivka Anoa will be the agent assigned to take care of the legal matters involved, and will be their representative in all future matters concerning same.

It is made using proprietary technology that will be part of the contract. The beer vats and brewing system must be purchased through The Bad Company. That’s who owns the franchise rights, who you’ll have the honor of paying a straight twenty percent of your revenue—not profit—and who you’ll also have the pleasure of buying your stock materials from.
