   After the Age of Madness ended, populations started to regroup, and to re-civilize. People did not know much about technology (not much left), and so new ways were found to solve old problems. Because of the re-programmed nanocyte situation (Boris Chronicles), people had access to personal energy (Etheric Dimension), and started using it for various needs. Because they did not know what they were doing, scientifically, it was given the generic name, magic. To learn to control this new talent, academies were formed teach about those solutions, about the use of their "magic"
 But, humans being human, use of magic was not always for the good of all. Ezekiel, one of the original teachers, comes to Arcadia to check on how his original experimental city was doing. He found it in utter chaos, due to the corruption of one of the leaders left in control.
 With  the appearance of Hannah, a unique individual born into Arcadia, and her discovery and development, ''Restriction'' begins with  Ezekiel's cleansing of Arcadia.
